1) Wonky powers: The Requiem STs neither own nor do we know many of the rules printed in non-core sourcebooks (this includes the Covenant books). If you expect to make use of mechanics, powers, etc contained within those books then YOU are responsible for presenting us with those rules before we let you use them (ie bring your books or copies of the relevant rules), we won't let you use something unless we are fairly confident about how it works.
2) Havens: Unless you have an approved haven writeup then your haven is solely represented by the mechanics of the haven merit. If you've read the merit then you'll note that it does not include anything regarding fancy magical security devices, attack dogs, air-tight vaults, or space/time twistings. We currently believe that none of you has such an approved writeup. Such writeups can be sent to us in email or at game and once approved you must add the writeup to your character background on the database.
3) Records: All characters should have backgrounds as well as character sheets on the database. Please make sure you have a background writeup on there (in case you need the URL its http://camarilla.white-wolf.com/approvals).
4) Mailing list: Due to the vagaries of the Myst list we've started a yahoogroup for both IC and OOC communication in the San Francisco Requiem venue. Please go to http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/sf-requiem to subscribe to this list, or send a blank email to sf-requiem-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
