Forsaken Background

Ominoees was a great spirit (Rank 6) that dominated this area for nearly 80 years. It is mostly a human spirit quantified by its different nature's. Some were good like its ability to inspire and give hope and love, but it always followed them up with the worst of human nature degradation and indifference. San Francisco under its influence has had the highest marriage rating in the country, 90% between the ages of 18-25 were married. These marriages were only temporary as by the time a person was 30 85% of those marriages had failed and most people that stayed in the city from birth had accumulated 3-5 marriages by their 50th year.
In 1994 many packs destroyed the lower spirits guarding San Francisco in an attempt to contain Ominoees's power. Ominoees makes a pack with the Pure Ones in order to protect its borders. The Pure Ones push the joined packs north and south backed by Ominoees itself. The end result a bloody stalemate. During one fateful assault onto the territory a veteran pack, the Shadowed-Spear, attacked one of Ominoees’s guardians Iron Man, a Claimed with immense strength, and was destroyed.
October 1999, The Eagles-Bloody-Talons pack returns from the shadow with Ban of Ominoees. December Rufino Demon-Heart Steiner, leader of the pack gathers remaining packs together and forms new a new pack from the packs that lost most of their number. A pact is made by the Alpha’s to take the city with the least death possible, at least on their side. 2000-2004 The Pure Ones, after taking to much territory and now without backup from Ominoees, lose ground until they hold strongly onto their original territory in SF. Dec 20, 2004 The Alpha’s gather and contact Ominoees. They threaten to release its ban to all Uratha, and it threatens to kill people under its influence and Uratha, Wolfblooded family it has captured.
March 25 2005 Pact finally made, it will leave family and prisoners untouched and not return or influence the area as long as yearly revels are made in its memory sending 20 essence into the void.
Till Now! All Uratha gathered their families and mourned the fallen. Some Uratha return home while newly changed come to get the chance at new territory within SF. San Francisco is now a territory without a master. The once servants are running around with their own agendas, unchecked and uncontested. The Pure Ones still thrive within its walls hidden under territory that has been theirs for many a year. The guardians and enforcers of Ominoees are angered at their master’s defeat but continue toward their own goals. Each block holds secrets and enemies that these Forsaken must face and hold. Their territory; they must learn how to grow it and influence. Above all they must find out what Ominoees was doing there and why it left so easily.
