Viktor
Viktor arrived from out of town several months ago, in January of 2005. Little is known of Viktor, other than the fact that he went through his first change under the new moon on April 8th, 2005, recently enough to still be remembered. The few times he's been seen, he's carried an air of one who's used to being extremely self confident, but has recently found himself in unfamilair territory.
